This church employs or calls staff, as it shall need. Staff members other than that of the pastor are recommended for employment by the Church Council or a special committee such as the Personnel Committee. A written job description and mutual contract / agreement is prepared when the need for church staff is determined. |

Rev. Gale Reggie Kirkman—Senior Pastor |

A graduate of the Southern Baptist Seminary in New Orleans, Rev. Kirkman has pastored churches in Virginia for over 30 years. He and his wife, Pam, live in Chester. |

Rev. Alan Little—Minister of Music |
|
As one of the organizers of Chesterfield Community Church, Rev. Little has actively served the church as Bible teacher, served on the Leadership Team, and led the music program since the church was organized. He and his wife, Janelle, and children live in Colonial Heights. |

Paul Berkley—Youth Director |
|
Mr. Berkley leads the church’s youth to grow in and serve Jesus Christ. Mr. Berkley is employed by Chesterfield County and lives in Richmond. |
