After September 3, Teens are invited to join us each Wednesday evening for food, fun, games, and Bible study. It is a great time to bring your friends and make new ones.
Our Youth Sunday School, meets EVERY SUNDAY morning at 9:30 a.m. for one hour with middle and high school classes. |

Opportunities for YOUTH to SERVE:
Taking a break as school starts… I thank the Lord for the opportunities that we had this summer. We have served, laughed, cried, and even grown a little (even the adults)! But God renews us daily… and gives us rest… just in time to bless and challenge us again! So...No youth program for September 3, as everyone starts into a new year of school. So, take some time and get settled in at school, and maybe crack a book or two! Maybe even get some sleep (what’s that?)
But we will start anew on Wednesday, September 10! Join us from 6:00 to 8:15 p.m. for a kickoff celebration for the new school year! Invite your friends to a cookout , featuring sports and games…. and a preview of new stuff to come. It’s a great time to come and celebrate the new start that Christ gives us every day -- and to share that grace and love with others, with new materials and new programs for Bible Study on Wednesday nights. We will introduce it all at the kickoff celebration on September 10.
So, here’s the schedule: (All programs are from 6 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.) · Kickoff party: Wednesday, September 10. New Bible study programs begin Wednesday, September 17. Featuring some new materials and programs for Bible Study
Adults: We will have an informal meeting MONDAY, September 8, at 7:00 at Pete & Candee Bergstrom’s house (call for address), for both current AND PROSPECTIVE youth leaders. Please come if you are interested in becoming a part of our leadership team for this school year! Any interested parent or adult (old or young!) is welcome – all you need is a love for the Lord and a heart for young people and we can find a place for you to serve! |
